Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the paripulse platform, you are automatically deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh who access paripulse's services via mobile, tablet, or any other device. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. paripulse reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest version before using the service.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on paripulse, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful; providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Only one account per person is permitted, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Granting others access to your account or managing betting activity on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the paripulse support team immediately and change your password without delay.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must comply with applicable laws and treat other users with respect while using the paripulse platform. Attempting to damage any system, software, or algorithm on the platform — including hacking or introducing viruses or malware — is strictly prohibited. Managing accounts through automated software, bots, or scripts is not permitted.
Participation in any gambling or betting activity is entirely at your own risk, and paripulse bears no liability for any financial losses incurred. The platform's services are intended solely for personal entertainment; commercial use or operating bets on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on paripulse are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported for both deposits and withdrawals. Every transaction is processed through secure encrypted channels, and users' financial information is never shared with third parties.
Withdrawal requests may take time to process, and withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification. paripulse reserves the right to suspend any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected. In the event of a breach of account rules, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed, and any balance obtained through prohibited means may be forfeited.

Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Paripulse shall not be held directly liable for financial losses arising from service interruptions caused by server errors, technical issues, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. paripulse also bears no responsibility for failures by third-party game providers, payment gateways, or external services. Any issues arising from a user's own device or internet connection are solely the user's responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
